Latest months for training

We are in May and in only three months are the INEFS physical test. I'm a little scared if I don't pass.I have to training a lot the last days to be sure that I pass. In madrid there are eight tests. For each one you get a mark from 1 to 10. The average of all the marks must be 5 or more to be accepted. The proves consist in: Jump power: it consist jump as high as possible. Is one of the most difficult because you have to jump 55 cm minimum to pas. 50 meters speed: for pass this test you have to do the 50 meters in 6 seconds aproximately. Resistance test: In this, you have to run 2 km in 6 minutes more or less. Obstacle course: you have to completing a course avoiding diferent obstacles as fast as you can. Ball control: with a handball ball you have to complete a course with some obstacles controling the ball. The half way has to be done bouncing the ball, the other half has to do controlling the ball with on the feet. Swimming test: It consist in swim along 25 meter swimming pool. You have to go swimming front crawl and go back swimming backstroke. Flexibility of the body. Medical balloon launch: Yo have to launch a 5 kg medical ball as far as you can. The ball must be launched from the way you throw the ball with the hands in football. At the moment I 've practiced the majority of the proves and I do good results. I hope I will be in top form for the day of the test because if I felt I will be very sad.

Big fish

The other day I watched a film that I love: Big fish. The film is about a young man who's name is William Bloom. Will don't understand his father Eduard. Always is telling very strange histories about his life. Will, stop believing him. He thinks that his father is a liar. In the film you can see the histories of Eduard when he was young. In his stories Eduard does incredible things. He meets a giant and make friens. He meets a witch who can see the way you will die. He finds a strange secret town. And he fall in love at first sight. He works in a circus to discovered who is the girl. After works in the circus he meets with the girl Sandra Tempelton and get married with her... Along the film he tell a lot of more stories and gets ill. Will starts to search information about the life of his father but he has to go to the hospital to stay with his father that has become worse. The finall is the best of the film. Eduard, after die, forces Will explain the finall of the fathers' storie and how he will die in the storie. After explain it, Eduard dies in peace. Finally , all the caracters of the fathers' stories go to the funeral! You stay impressed because result that all the incredible stories has been true! It's a very good film I like so much!

This is my favorite english song. Actually, I don't listen music in english because I can't understand it very well and for this reason I don't like so much. This one is one of the few songs that I listen in english and this is my favorite. I know this song because I listened in a film, now I can't remember which one but It likes me a lot. This song has a lot of power. It motivates me a lot! It's too fast so I can't understand the message. It's a good song to traineng, to go run etc The thing that it passed to me is that you musn't surrender, you must to improve and beat yourself!

Signing Time

The football league has over one more time. This year has been the Real Madrid the champions of the league and I'm happy about that. And now, in June, like every year, begins in my opinion one of the more exciting things of the football: the signings time. Along the summer, the football clubs will trie to sign the football players they need. And there are some football players that I want for the Real Madrid: First of all, the most necessary football player that the R.Madrid needs is a lateral player and other defense. My favorites are Javi Martinez, from Athletic Club and Dani Carbajal that is a player of the Real Madrid Castilla ( the second team). To the midfield I should sign david Silva from the Manchester city but is too difficult get this player. Finally, the forward players I want are Kun Agüero, Ibra, Llorente and the best of all, Neymar. I've never seen a boy with so much quality. He is very young and in ever football match when he touch the ball leaves magic details. It's amazing they way he plays. He is a very good player and has a lot of time to improve. He should be my favorite signing. I put a video where you can see how good is it. Spectacular!

Football Manager

Football Manager is a very good football game for PSP. It hasn't limits, you are the trainer of your team and you have to direct all of the aspects of your club: the signings, thetrainings, the matches, the sponsors, the economy... The objective is get the goals of the club that is diferent depending the club. For example, if you are in the Betis F.C your goal maybe will be remain in first division. If you are in the Manchester, Madrid, Barça etc your goals will be win the competition the champions, get money to sign new players etc The matches are automatic, you can't control the players. Only you can do is remake the alignment change the players and change the tactic. For the peoople who don't like football I don't recomend this game because could be boring. But for people who like football, it is a very good trainer simulator and you can enjoy a lot becoming one of the best football trainers in the world.

Puyol misses the Eurocup

Two dead as family boat flips

Two other children were in hospital last night after being pulled from the water. One was given CPR after suffering a cardiac arrest. All are believed to be from the same family. Thousands protest in Spain revived May 15 against the Government

Funny Eso storie

It happened in th etravel to Italy in fourth of ESO. It was the second day of travelling so we were visiting Florencia: The teachers gave us some free time as every day. In this time my friend Quim went to a sex shop and bought a condom with a vibrating ring. At the end of the day in the hotel room, Quim and Costa tried their new sex-toy. As they didn't like so much, the next day threw the condom into the bus. The condom had been used by Quim and Costa and past around the bus. Everybody touched it!

Final reflection

Finally, after so many years, we are near to end second of 'batxillerat' and , of course, the school english lessons too. The selectivity is near and I hope pass all the exams. But independently of the selectivity tests, I'm happy because this year I have learnt English and I have enjoyed in the English class. Really, english have been one of my favorite subjects this year. I like the way as Sonia do the class. It isn't as boring as other subjects like chemical or physical subjects. What I've learned more this year has been the idioms. The last year I didn't know none. The thing that didn't like so much has been the blog. About me and my rendiment , I know that I could have done more and have better marks, but batxillerat is the worst. I'm exhausted! Anyway, this course has been so good and I'm quite happy.

Jose

Jose is my uncle. I don't have so much relation with my uncles because all of them are living in madrid but with my uncle Jose is diferent. He is my favorite uncle. Jose is 45 years old. He is hairless but he always tell me that when he was young has a long mane. Jose is a 1,74 meters tall and he bring glasses because he can't see far. He is very well dressed, always is buying news shoes, troussers, cups etc His favorites marks are pepe jeans, new balance, under armour, adidas, hilfiger, assics etc A lot of times, he buys shoes and how never it puts, he gives me. My uncle and I have a lot of things in common: We suported Real Madrid, he works in the Florentinos Perez business and sometimes see him. We love watching films, love playing football, we like the same type of music more or less etc I like stay with my uncle because he always make me laught, he is very funny. He always supports me a lot, he gives me a lot of self-esteem. Definetelly, he isn't only an uncle, he is a friend.

Human rights

As everybody knows, in Cuba there are a dictatorial regime. In this country the police is very several with the people and don't respect their human rights as can be seen in the video.

I think in my country apparently it's different but I'm sure that a lot of times it is the same.

I think that anybody can do anything. It will be always the same. The only solution for Cuba is change the political regime to a democracy for example.

I'm writing you to propose a new human right that does not esxist but that I considere necessary; your own death right.

Currently there is the life right. Why does not exist the right to kill yourself? There are a lot of cases where the right to your ouwn death should be the best solution for the people but it is not allowed. For example, the paralytic people or people who have an illness that can not be healled and are suffering.

Definetelly the own death right has to be in to the human rights. I hope that the committee considere this propose.

At first glance, the photograph of this room does not show anything unusual, except the small matter of the lower left corner. I'm afraid ..! =O

An UFO in mexico

An experimental plane flying or a real UFO? That's what we are asking all who see this video that has already taken more than 3 million views since being uploaded to youtube. Another possibility is that it is a montage. Either way the video is amazing. Video images are so clear . How could have landed a ship of these characteristics and dimensions without anyone else has seen? And, if real, is it a UFO or an advanced aircraft that for the time being kept secret?

Sighting of a dragon in China

A resident of Fuzhou, in Jiangxi Province, East China, claims to have photographed a dragon and showed his pictures to the media . Mulin Guan documented with his phone camera that looks like a Chinese dragon flying over the sky. While Mulin was driving to home in the car, noted that other people were looking to the sky, curious, parked his vehicle and got out to see what happened. Seeing the strange animal that was moving through the clouds, took his phone and take a photo.

Self evaluation

Well, I think that this oral presentation has been the worst that I've ever done. The power point wasn't in english I don't know why because the previous day I had transalted to English but it didn't save. Moreover I didn't prepare the presentation so much and when I was in front of all the class, I forgot what I had to say and I put very nervous. My topic has a lot of strange words too and I had to read a lot of times because I didn't know these words. It was very embarassing situation.

Oral presentation

Hello everybody, good afternoon! My name is Guillermo Mateos and I'm going to show you my TDR project that is about the study of embrionary development and reproduction of fartet.

I chose this topic for two reasons: the first one is that when I did primary in St Pere Pescadir, we had a exposition about this fish, since this moment I'm interesting with it.
The second reason is that I always like animals, and how this fish is in danger of esxctintion I wanted to investigated about it. And if its possible keep it the species.

My main objectives were:

- Investigate the reproduction and the embrionary development of fartet.
- Analize the possibility of doing controlled repopulation in captivity.

My TDR has two parts:

One is the theoryc part where I had to search information about the fartet in magazines or other projects about the same.

The second is the practic experience. To do this project I needed capture some fartets and how this fishes are protectet by the law I had to get a permission from mediambient. The permission permits me capture 6 fishes. After I talked with the director of Aiguamolls de l'Empordà to permits me go to this lake that is the only place where exists in all the Alt Empordà. I capture the fishes with tramps and a net to fish.

Since all this time with the TDR I have observated the behavior of the fishes, the egglaying and the developement of the fishes.

When I finished all this I could do my final conclusions, the main were:
- The fartet is a gregarious species, it means that swim make groups.
- Males are more independents.
- Is an species who adapting to life in captivity.
- The eggs are very resistant.
- Larves are very pigmented.
- And in all the experience there wasn't any death.

And the last conclusion and the main important is that doing repopulations of fartet in captivity is a good idea to try to recuper the species. But the best solution is respect the enviroment, and not destroyed the habitat of this fish.

My ideal partner

I'm looking for the person who completes me, who could be my half orange and gives me that anybody never gives me.

To beggin, my ideal partner should be a woman of course and I would like that her name was a cute name but it isn't important to me. Physically, my ideal girl has not very long hair but not short neither. She hasn't be taller than me. My perfect partner sight has to provoke me a crush. The eye colour doesn't matter. She has a loving smile and a slim body.

My ideal girl is extroverted, friendly and she doesn't has to bored me because I won't bored her. I want her to be different with me than with other people and she has to like football and suporte Real Madrid.

This would be my ideal woman and if one day I meet someone like her I promise to love her for ever and ever!

Can internet help the world to be a better place?

Internet is probably one of most used inventions that has been created recently. But, has been a good invention? Can it improve our world?

Well, internet, just like all things that exist, has aplications in pro and cons.

On the one hand, internet allows children an easy way to see things that they shouldn't see like pornographies, inapropiated films etc. Moreover, internet permits to unknown people see you, know about your life, where are you etc

Althought on the other hand, internet has all potential to help the world. All the information is in the webs, people now can search everything in. Internet can show everyone the real problems of the world. Furthmore, do us the possibility of promote us and promote our projects and be in contact with our people constantly.

In summary, internet in his correct use is a very interesting way to do very positive things that can help resolve the problems of this world. It's a very great tool that we have and use it is our debt.

Life in the universe

A question that always has intrigued me is if we are alone in the universe or exists the life out of our planet.

Along the humanity, has thought a lot about this topic. Has made films and books about the life in the universe, has manipulated UFO photos and has invented a lot of stories about aliens.

But , what we know really?

We haven't the necessary technologic to explore the universe and we can't go out to another planet to find life.

In my opinion, the universe is infinite. It exists countless planets only in our galaxy. The probability that exist someone or something like our in another place is very very high, it has to exist. I hope one day we could know another way of life.

My friend Costa

I have a friend whose name is Guillem Costa Viudez, Costa for friends. I met him when we did first of Eso, in a course travell to Serinya. I sat down with him in the bus when we were going back to Castelló. My first impresion was that Costa was a big headed boy. Really is a very introverted man, but when you take confidenc with him he becames in a crazy boy.

Physically, Costa isn't too much tall. He is white skin and has brown eyes and hair and is very hairy, he hasn't beard. He dresses very well with brand clothes.

Guillem likes football. He supported FC Barcelona and he plays in Figuers FC. Two years ago we played together in Esplais. He plays in midfield.

Actually Costa is doing 2nd of batxillerat with me but he do the Social one.

In conclusion, Costa is a little bit peculiar boy but is my friend and he is a 'crack'.

PS3

This last chrismtas, the three real kings gave me a wonderfull present, the PS3 with three games: Crysis 2, Infamous 2 and Uncharted 3. The last one cames with the Ps3.

I past all the kings day playing with my new present. I began with uncharted 3 and I past the game very quickly, two days. Really it's a very interesting game and is quit entretaining but too short.

After, I played Crysis 2 during two weeks. This was more difficult to pass than the first one. It's a good game too with a fantastic mode online.
The last I've played and past has been infamous 2, one of the best games I've ever played. You can be good or evil. You have a lot of powers and practically you can do that you want. It isn't too large and it isn't rather easy, is perfect.

There are a lot of games that I want to have but now with the studies I haven't much time but this summer I'm going to enjoy a lot playing with the Ps3.

Go fishing

To go fishing is one of my favorites hobbies. Pablo likes go fishing too but we haven't gone together yet, and some day we will go together.
I don't care what I capture : crabs, starfish, octopus, fishes etc I always return the animals to the see.
To the fishes, I'm used to cath them with a cane and the other animals with the hands. To capture octopus I go scubadiving. Octopus is my favorite animal and I love play with they in the see. It's very fun when change their color or throw ink or cath you with their eight arms.
When I go to fishing fishes it isn't too much enjoy, a lot of times I don't capture anything. Even so, it's a good method for past the time in summer.
The time I've fished more fishes has been this year in August, with a friend. We fished 76 fishes!!! =O It will be difficult capture this quantity again...

Carnival

And one more year, after a long wait, it has been carnival another time in the Alt Empordà! The first carnival we went, was the carnival of Roses one Friday. In my opinion was the best. In Roses carnival last a lot of days and go a lot of dressed people and it's very fun. These night I slept in Grimbo's.
The next day, Saturday, we went to St pere's carnival. It wasn't bad. Grimbo and Guillem costa slept in my house at night and we played a lot with the PS3. In the st pere's carnival , someone break an extinguisher and the party ended before.
The next week we went to the last carnival in Castelló. We past a great time.Pablo overcoat... This day I stayed in Guillem's house. He has a tv in 3D and it's amazing play videogames in his tv. All days we went dressed as Wally. Everybody did the same joke about ours: Hey, I've found Wally! Ja ja ja XD

INEF

I want study INEF in the university the next year. INEF is about sport and physical education that always has been my favourite subject in the school.

I love to do sport and that's the reason because I want do this in the University. But one thing is want and other thing is can. First of all, the university I want to go is the 'Universidad politecnica de madrid'. Is too far from here but all my family live in Madrid and it's my favourite place, I have a lot of friends and my main objective is this. The mark to enter in the university is 8,34 approximately. It isn't too high but it's necessary to do some physical proves to enter that are very difficult. I'm preparing this proves since January but I have been injured all february. I have been a problem with the ligaments of my knee.

Really, I'm afraid if I don't be accepted but my intention is strive to enter.
